Yes. Our rooms and equipment are thoroughly cleaned after every session. We use only single-use disposable supplies. Our centres are checked and licensed with the council, and we use TGA-registered LIBBE medical devices.

It is not painful. You may feel mild pressure or the sensation of needing the toilet, which passes quickly. Your privacy is paramount - you are completely covered from the waist down throughout the session in your own private room.

No special preparation is required. We recommend avoiding food for 2 hours before your session, eating lightly on the day (soups, salads, smoothies), and staying well hydrated. Minimising caffeine, alcohol and heavy processed foods in the days before helps your body respond better.

Your colon is approximately as long as you are tall - there is a lot of area to cleanse. Most clients start with a series of 3-6 sessions spaced 1-2 weeks apart, then maintain with monthly or quarterly sessions. Your therapist will create a personalised plan based on your health goals at your first appointment.

LIBBE is an open-system colon hydrotherapy device. Unlike closed systems used at most clinics, the open system gives you complete privacy and control throughout the session. You self-insert the small speculum and the therapist monitors from outside. It is the most comfortable, dignified and effective system available. We are the only LIBBE-certified trainers in Australia.
